I handle all tech and product recruitments — to date: 4 Senior Fullstack TypeScript developers, 1 architect, 1 QA Lead, 5 freelance developers, and 1 Product Manager intern. Average time to hire under 20 days.

Beyond recruitment, I support Roundtable in structuring the tech and product team's HR: onboarding new employees, 1-month integration check-ins, reflection on organization and processes, and creation of recruitment support tools for their upcoming scaling.

RPO support for Sopht as part of their pre-Series A funding round. In 6 months, in direct collaboration with the CEO, CTO, and Head of Product, we structured and executed the recruitment of 7 key profiles: 3 Sales profiles for opening international markets, 3 tech profiles (Lead Dev, Lead Data, Fullstack Developer), and 1 Product Manager. Average time to hire of 20-30 days, 6 out of 7 offers accepted.
