Johanna Hollank

Due to my qualifications as a certified business economist, psychologist, and systemic coach, I work in a focused, economical, and efficient manner, while always keeping an eye on the mental health of all involved.

Since 2018, I have been part of the management team of the MoVA Institute (largest training institute for behavioral therapy in Hamburg). As a Prokuristin (authorized signatory), I manage the companies (Hamburg, Lower Saxony, and Schleswig-Holstein) operationally and strategically together with the managing partner Dr. Ulrike Lupke. Previously, as Commercial Manager, I was responsible for areas including IT, data protection, and health insurance billing.

Furthermore, I lead/have led the following projects:

- Introduction and briefing of a customized data management software for seminar planning and participant data (2022/2023)

- Digitalization: Integration of new digital concepts into the company; also

conversion of all seminars to online formats, conversion of many therapies to

video therapy; time horizon: 7 days (2020)

- Introduction of new patient management software: selection, price negotiation,

strategic conception, and implementation (2019-2020)

- Rebranding of the company VTFAW with several subsidiaries: strategic

conception and implementation: online, print, and PR (2018-2019)

- Responsibility for area expansions (renovation and integration of 3 new rental spaces)

- Acquisition and integration of practice licenses (psychotherapy) (2018-2019)

- Introduction of DATEV and integration of accounting

- Reorganization of the training outpatient clinic

In addition, my responsibilities include the personnel management of 30 permanent administrative staff/psychological psychotherapists as well as over 300 psychotherapists in training, as well as contract negotiations with health insurance companies regarding the remuneration of Hamburg training institutes.

In addition to my work at the MoVA Institute, in 2022, together with Dr. Ulrike Lupke, I founded CURION as part of VISYO GmbH.
