Within various projects, I use the Design Thinking methodology: a user-centered approach.

In this role, I have:

- Studied user journeys for the CulturMoov website and made improvement proposals,

- Conducted an ergonomic audit and user testing for the innovative VR headset VirtySens,

- Prepared and led focus groups for the "Journée Gardoise des Aidants" (Gard Day for Caregivers),

- Performed user tests for the V4 of the "Chaise releveuse" (Go Upper) lifting chair,

- Modeled the ICOPE Monitor service within the NACRE project and the organizational processes of Sapristi&Compagnie.

I support researchers, sociologists, nurses, psychiatrists, and health facility directors in a research project. The PlaidCare research project studies the functioning of psychiatric facilities that have little or no recourse to restraint measures, in order to identify levers for discipline that is more respectful of individual liberties. During this project, we set up video workshops (Miro and Teams) during which we identified and validated factors that could impact the use of coercion in psychiatric facilities. We focused on factors at national, regional, facility, and psychiatric service levels.

My role in this project involved:

- Creating and facilitating co-design workshops for the mathematical model with stakeholders (researchers, sociologists, nurses, facility directors, etc.).

- Analyzing quantitative data (data matrices, ratings, comparison of ratings).

- Modeling mathematical models in the form of flowcharts.

I work on projects within MedTechLab®, a living lab for health and autonomy at AESIO Santé and Mines Saint-Étienne.

I am primarily involved in the Dental project with AESIO Santé and AESIO Mutuelle. My mission is to propose a concept for a dental health center adapted to staff and clients, using the Design Thinking methodology.

I focus on organizational aspects, layout, workstations, center circulation, and patient journeys.
