Before Délégation IA, I set up and ran a business dedicated to AI voice agents: intelligent telephone assistants that answer calls, take appointments, and provide information to clients instead of a traditional reception.

I helped professionals (tradespeople, firms, freelancers) who were missing calls, and therefore clients.

I concretely solved the problem: I designed the voice agent, adapted it to their profession and working hours, connected it to their calendar and phone system, and then put it into service.

What I learned there and what I reuse today: framing a real business need, solving a fundamental problem (not a gadget), and delivering a system that runs on its own and brings tangible results to the client.

Result: calls that no longer go unanswered, appointments taken automatically, and professionals regaining their time.
