Freelance assignment within EssilorLuxottica's Optical Supply Center (OSC), during a simultaneous transformation context: site relocation and ERP migration.

Relocation Management

Operational coordination of the transition to the new distribution center (1,200 pallets, +3,000 SKUs): warehouse team organization, picking plan and preparation path design, management of 3 full inventory counts across 2 warehouses (~2,300 locations each time). Development and monitoring of 15 SOPs for key project milestones.

ERP Migration Oracle → SAP

Appointed SAP Key User for the OSC team (15 employees): team upskilling, technical incident resolution, interface between the department and the IT division. Responsible for all SAP Master Data (creation of item codes, configuration of technical information and warehouse strategy).

Deployment of New Supply Chain Processes

Operational implementation of return and receiving anomaly management processes (designed by KPMG / CEVA provider): creation of tracking tools, end-user training. 25 anomalies processed from the 1st month, ~150 return lines managed over the following 3 months. Regular on-site presence for post-go-live monitoring and continuous improvement.

Operational management of a portfolio of 3 warehouses (SAP flows, stock, VMI). Monitoring of +10 key KPIs during the SAP repipe phase. Picking project: analysis of rates and client presentations leading to an 8-point reduction. Management of customer disputes (+20/month).

Managed operations for Île-de-France, launched 4 new cities. Sourcing and onboarding of +350 couriers, implementation of tutorial videos. Data analysis to improve service quality and reduce platform incidents by 9%. Collaboration with product/dev teams to design new operational tools.
