As Talent Acquisition Manager, I led a dedicated recruitment team, ensuring a positive and high-performing dynamic.

With the Communication team, I co-developed our employer branding strategy to enhance the company's attractiveness to talent.

I supported recruiters in analyzing candidates' skills assessments, helping them identify strengths and areas for improvement, and orienting discussions with hiring managers. Together with the recruiters, we succeeded in "unlocking" complex cases, those that require tact, listening, and a real ability to find creative and adapted solutions.

One of my responsibilities was to streamline recruitment processes: optimizing steps, improving communication between stakeholders, and ensuring a quality candidate experience. My goal was simple: to make recruitment more efficient, more human, and more aligned with the company's needs.
