- AudialGlobal Communication - Communication StrategyMEDICALNovember 2015 - Today (10 years and 7 months)Toulouse, FranceI have been supporting the company for over 2 years and advise them daily on strategic choices.As the target audience in the hearing sector has significantly changed, the communication messages and materials for this audiology laboratory had to be thoroughly reworked.We then reviewed the center's positioning, focusing it on medical advice and the human aspect of an independent center, far from competing subsidiaries that tend to make many promises to their clientele.Results:After redesigning the graphic identity, the website, and the classic print communication elements, we continued to undertake projects, hand in hand with management, sometimes proposing surprising solutions, such as digital screens in the shop window and the renovation of the center as part of its architectural modernization. We extended our support to targeted advertising solutions in local or national press or through digital channels.The center's future looks positive with, on the horizon in 2018, the opening of a second center to better distribute the clientele and maintain the same customer proximity that makes the center's reputation.
