For over 20 years, I've been active in software development, agile coaching, and training. I've worked with startups, corporations, and intercultural teams in Europe and India. My focus is always on clarity, accountability, and sustainable collaboration – whether I'm supporting a Product Owner, coaching a Scrum Master, or guiding a team through its first sprints.
I don't believe in off-the-shelf frameworks. Instead, I adapt agile approaches to the context, the people, and the goals. Sometimes this means consciously leaving tools like JIRA and Confluence out to foreground the mindset. And sometimes it means rolling up our sleeves and configuring the tools to deliver real value.
