With over 15 years of experience in finance and accounting, including 8 years leading the finance function of large groups and mid-sized companies, I created and managed a shared service center with 30 employees (~€450 million in consolidated revenue) and led several post-acquisition finance integrations. ■ Managed a team of 30 employees with the support of 5 middle managers, covering a scope of ~€450 million in consolidated revenue ■ Created and structured the SSC (general accounting, tax, accounts payable, invoice control) — complete overhaul of processes and closing procedures ■ Integrated finance for Group acquisitions: Groupe Crystal (revenue ~€180 million) and Groupe Duhamel (revenue ~€40 million) — process alignment, IT system migration, harmonization of data models ■ Managed legal restructurings: mergers, universal transfers of assets, divestitures, acquisitions, partial asset contributions ■ Complete digitalization of the accounting IT system in conjunction with business IT systems; electronic invoicing project manager; deployment of HFM, Yooz, Notilus ■ Managed tax audits, relationships with statutory auditors, and external consultants
