Head of Data Management at Worldline / SIX Payment Services. Responsible for over 30 employees in two teams, in charge of data streams and data warehousing in European and Australian card payment processing.

Took over a critical department in a difficult phase - stabilization of daily operations, building up team leadership, growth from around a dozen to over 35 employees. Introduction of professional development processes, toolchains, and best practices across 29 productive applications.

Initiated and led a strategic M2C migration project: preparation of the cloud migration of a complex legacy system under live operation, from the concept phase to shortly before go-live, including architecture, security, compliance, legal, finance, partner management, and change management.

CTO and Head of Software Engineering at Elblox AG, the first spin-off from Axpo. Responsible for the entire technical strategy, product development, and building the engineering team in an early-stage energy startup.

Built and led a distributed development team of over 10 engineers. Designed, implemented, and deployed multi-product auction algorithms for the European energy market. In addition to technical leadership, I regularly took on operational responsibility beyond engineering, including financial planning, contract negotiations, and investor communication.

Conceived and launched the Green Accelerator for General Electric as a strategic partner project. Contributed to SNV standardization for DLT in the energy sector. Supported patent applications to protect the company's intellectual property.
