Senior Scrum Master / Agile Coach

Context:

I work as an Agile Coach and Scrum Master with Louis Vuitton in a digital transformation project and support of an E-HR tribe. I support 6 Squads in agile and Waterfall mode.

My contribution:

I support the 6 squads of the HR department's digitization project on Agile best practices, Mindset, ceremonies, Sprint planning, sprint review, etc. We succeeded in the Go Live for Asia, Europe, and Hong Kong.

Sonepar France (Publicis-Sapient)

Senior Scrum Master

Context:

I worked as a Scrum Master with Sonepar France in a digital transformation project and integration of pilot subsidiaries of the Sonepar Group. I support 2 Squads in agile (Safe) mode and I also intervene in a cross-functional manner on a Waterfall project as Project Manager.

My contribution:

I support the teams on Agile best practices, Mindset, rituals. We succeeded in the Go Live for France of a new B2B E-commerce platform.

Enedis

Agile Coach / Agile Scrum Master

Context:

When I joined ENEDIS as Scrum Master, the latter was initiating its agile transformation. Only a few teams were trained in agility, and the rituals put in place upon my arrival needed a more suitable framework.

My contribution:

During this mission, I supported Enedis in its transformation, I coached the teams and the various actors on the practice of agile and the use of the Scrum Framework. I helped build the DOD and DOR, I set up visual management and helped the teams in setting up a Jira workflow.

Allianz Global Corporate & Specialty (AGCS)

Agile Scrum Master in Scrum and SAFe mode – Application Manager (“Underwriting” & “Claims”)

Achievements:

 Implementation and Coaching of agile teams within the Allianz group.

 Management of international multidisciplinary teams (Onshore France/UK/Germany) and (Offshore/India) in agile Scrum and SAFe mode.
