For over 10 years, I have been supporting large international groups in the deployment of their digital transformation projects.

My role is not just to manage a schedule. I act as a link between business teams, technical teams, and stakeholders so that solutions are not only deployed but, above all, understood, adopted, and used sustainably.

During my career at Publicis Groupe and BSH (Bosch Siemens Home Appliances), I have managed international deployments, optimized business processes, and supported teams spread across several countries on high-impact projects.

Certified PMP®, I bring a structured, pragmatic, and results-oriented approach, with a strong ability to work in multicultural environments in French, English, and Spanish.

I prefer assignments that involve coordinating multiple stakeholders, securing international deployment, or accelerating transformation adoption.
