    MISSIONS
    - Create synergies between shopping centers (Altarea Cogedim) and e-commerce (Rue du Commerce) through Data.
    - Provide an overview of data to all stakeholders to support/accelerate the group's growth.

    RESULTS
    - Maestro Project: Implementation of a Master Data Management (MDM) "end customer" based on the Openfield solution, centralizing marketing data from the 6 main shopping centers, including Qwartz (in Villeneuve la Garenne, France's leading connected shopping center) and CAP 3000 (in Nice). Collection, centralization, analysis, and reporting of data for all connected shopping centers. Including: loyalty card, free parking, indoor geolocation for customer journey analysis.
    - BI audit and roadmap for all Altarea departments, with arbitration between "quick wins" and fundamental solutions.
    - I managed external service providers for this fully outsourced work.
    - Group CNIL: I led a working group involving the IT department and the legal and marketing departments; I was responsible for the solutions implemented across the Group.

    CONTEXT
    - Acquisition of Rue du Commerce by Altarea Cogedim.
    - Coexistence of 2 businesses and 2 information systems (high-tech product distribution on one side, and shopping mall on the other).
    - Complete overhaul of the Rue du Commerce information system based on market tools.

    MISSIONS
    - Maintain and evolve the existing system: BI (SQL Server, Qlikview), eCRM (Adobe Campaign formerly Neolane).
    - Support the IS overhaul project for the Data component: BI overhaul, extension of eCRM to all customer interactions, implementation of a centralized data exchange platform (Biztalk) between the different systems (including Hybris, Mirakl, and Dynamics AX), extension of the Maestro MDM project (see ALTAREA mission above).

    RESULTS
    - A more consistent, readable BI, aligned with business needs.
    - A more efficient eCRM (including a 20% reduction in abandoned carts).
    - More responsive service and better communication with business units: to implement SCRUM and KANBAN agile methods, I supported my teams on the rituals and tools used (12 people).
    - An IT transformation strategic plan integrating the DATA dimension.
