I support you in the development, structuring, and implementation of EV charging infrastructure (IRVE) and energy storage solutions (BESS), from opportunity analysis to operational deployment. I was responsible for complete project management, from technical and commercial review to commissioning, coordinating internal teams (engineering, quality, supply chain) and local partners. I worked on systems up to 10 MWh, connected either Front-of-the-Meter or Behind-the-Meter, for industrial clients, energy companies, and integrators (Sweden, Denmark, Belgium, and Hungary).

Results:

Delivery of multi-country projects including systems up to 10 MWh. Improved customer satisfaction through enhanced management and better product adoption. Contribution to structuring the hybrid BESS offering (PV/IRVE/Microgrid) in the EMEA region.
