    I was contacted by the Swiss Tropical and Public Health Institute (SWISSTPH) to configure and secure the computers of one of their partners located in the Democratic Republic of Congo.

    This partner could not connect any of its computers to certain websites hosted in Europe.

    Despite the intervention of several IT professionals, no one could find the solution.

    I connected via TeamViewer and WhatsApp to:
    - clean the browsers
    - clean and optimize Windows

    - correct the internet access network settings

Contacted for his IT expertise under Windows XP with VB program, Joël was able to guide our diagnosis to troubleshoot a problem of intermittent crash of an industrial control installation. Contacted at the end of the week, Joël came on-site the following Monday. We recommend him.
