Data analyst with a PhD in biology. I mostly do statistical analysis in R and Python: cleaning datasets, running models, and making figures for papers and reports.

I worked for several years at the Max Planck Institute for Evolutionary Anthropology, where I used R (including the "geomorph" and "Morpho" packages for shape analysis) and Python to analyze and process high-dimensional data. This includes CT scans, where I can perform augmentations and image-analysis. Currently expanding my skill-set to include MRI scans, where I aim to perform deep-learning based automatic segmentation.
