At Xoople as a Data Architect I am responsible for designing Xoople's cloud-native Data & AI Platform, defining the data strategy, architecture standards, and data models from the ground up. Delivering a scalable multi-region architecture supporting batch and streaming workloads at hundreds of TB/day using Azure's modern data stack and Databricks. Within the team we are responsible for driving governance, lineage, data quality, and security practices, while collaborating with engineering and product teams to ensure reliable, cost-effective, and compliant data solutions across the organization. In my role as a Support Engineer at Microsoft, I assist and provide guidance to clients in resolving various issues and implementing Data & AI solutions within Azure, specializing in Azure Data and AI Products that utilize Spark such as Azure Databricks, Synapse and Microsoft Fabric. My responsibilities include ensuring the successful end-to-end development of customer projects by addressing technical challenges and unblocking issues. I collaborate closely with account teams to facilitate smooth project deployment, connect with engineering teams to share the latest features with customers and support bug fixing. Additionally, I play a crucial role in guiding clients through their cloud transformation journey, helping them select the most suitable data solutions tailored to them specific needs.
