Bringing related parties (external and internal) into discussions to set the scope and timelines of new technological programs;

Working closely with product and sales teams to ensure requirements are gathered in a timely manner, and working with engineering teams to ensure estimates for work effort were provided so that roadmaps could be drawn up.

Working with engineering on the allocation of resources and responsibility for technical requirements development and management,

tracking progress against deadlines during development sprint cycles, WIP, managing release execution.

Works with remote teams working in multiple timezones.

Uses professional concepts and company policies and procedures to solve a wide range of difficult problems in creative and practical ways.

While working with ESP, I was responsible for the delivery and implementation of a new national web-based application for the processing and monitoring of roadworks licensing in Ireland, which was procured by the Local Government Managent Agency. This new system is now used by all 31 Local Authories in Ireland as well as the major utility companies such as Irish Water, ESB, Bord Gais etc. It represented a huge transformational change across all of these orgaisations who were effectively moving from a predominantly paper-based system to an online system. It involved many process changes as well as changes to the system itself. My role was multifaceted, I was the product manager and project manager, business analyst and trainer.

I am passionate about people management and stakeholder management and have a lot of valuable experience to offer.

Over the course of 8 years I worked closely with stakeholders and customers from the LGMA, the Roads Management Office, the 31 Local Authories including Dublin City Council and Transport Infrastructure Ireland, Irish Water, Eir, Bord Gais, ESB and KN Networks. I've worked with cross functional teams of experienced and talented professionals. I listened to each groups issues and concerns, and used my problem solving skills to find solutions and remove impediments. I have developed change management skills and am able to put people at ease. I am confident communicating with all levels, from the developers and architects to end users and Senior Management.
