Joanna Viero

I have a BTS in hotel and restaurant management as well as a college studies diploma in legal secretarial work obtained in Canada (equivalent to a BTS). I have over 5 years of experience in administration, particularly as an administrative assistant. I worked for the Government of Quebec as an administrative assistant, and I also worked in an accounting firm in Montreal. In France, I worked as a hotel receptionist.

Through my experiences, I have acquired all the skills in administration as well as customer service.

I am comfortable with computer software (Microsoft Office), data entry, customer service, agenda and email management, text and presentation review. The use of Canva and Wordpress. Social media management, invoicing and payroll, filing.

I am organized and detail-oriented. I am discreet and adapt very quickly to new environments. I am very comfortable with computer tools and learn new software very quickly.

With my experience and training, I would like to put my skills to use for companies that wish to delegate their administrative tasks.
