I led user research for networking in a top managed Kubernetes service used by startups through Fortune 500s. I built the UXR function from scratch, onboarded PMs and engineers to a user-centered process, and ran continuous discovery end to end. That work earned two Cloud Tech Impact Awards and drove immediate UX wins and roadmap changes, backed by foundational studies and large-scale data analysis. I created alignment across highly technical, senior audiences, using JTBD, user journeys and personas to inform strategy, and boosted team empathy by running UXR booths at major customer events with standout feedback.

I mentored UX Researchers supporting website redesigns and led a qualitative Research Project on digitalisation of Polish NGOs.

I led research for the world's largest healthcare booking platform, a Polish unicorn serving over 100 million monthly users. I shaped Germany's market entry by grounding strategy in real user needs and feedback. I improved acquisition and onboarding through close partnership with sales and customer success. I also drove cross-market collaboration among UX researchers to deliver strategic insights that fueled product innovation.
