I've built delivery frameworks from scratch, led complex multi-stakeholder initiatives, and coached teams into operational self-sufficiency — most recently as a fractional programme manager embedded with early-stage SaaS startups.

I work closely with senior leadership and cross-functional teams who need someone who can think strategically, operate independently, and get things shipped. I'm comfortable being the only PM in the room, defining the process as much as following it.
