Manage a full sales cycle from prospecting accounts for new business to negotiating contracts with clients to ensure mutual satisfaction with each transaction. Establish and work with partners in both Portuguese and Spanish markets. Present and demonstrate the company's cyber threat defense solutions to CISOs and information security experts. Work closely with the Technical experts to manage and perform Proofs of Concept for the technology. Reviewing and translating articles, newsletters, and product briefs from English and Spanish into Portuguese.

Develop sales strategies and market analysis to improve sales through international market expansion. Prospect new accounts in the global market. Maintain ongoing customer relationships to promote retention and loyalty. Analyze sales data, trends, and metrics to set targets and forecast future sales performance.

Help implement the work plan for the Communication & Information Programme and the Culture Programme for Chile, including enhancing alliances with strategic partners. Assist with the organization of selected activities to implement and promote the Education 2030 Agenda in Latin America and the Caribbean region. Give support to the Public Information and Digital Content Office (generating stories, assessing relevant trends and developments in Member States, monitoring UNESCO's image and visibility, creating public information campaigns on social networks, preparing office projects and documents).
