Jean-Luc Cuny

A very active professional life, marked by a dozen different roles and twenty locations, in France and Africa, where I have exercised them.

Over 35 years of management, leading teams of very diverse sizes (from 5 to over 1,000 people), for varying durations (from 3 months of interim management to 3 years) and with a certain success (if I believe my various employers over all these years), linked to operational activities or crisis management, leading projects with high multidimensional stakes (strategic, political, human, financial, or organizational), training executives or future managers, advising senior officials, or conducting audits.

Extensive practical experience in very varied situations, combined with the training of my own collaborators (an essential action for a manager of managers) and more academic experience as a trainer in companies or business schools, and as a creator of distance learning programs.

Today, I offer you the fruit of my experience, my reflections, and my observations.
