After progressing in the field as a technician and then a site manager, I gradually took on the business development for JKM Networks. Today, I manage the commercial strategy, develop new partnerships, and support clients in their telecom projects.

My operational experience allows me to understand field constraints and propose solutions tailored to the needs of clients. I am involved in B2B prospecting, tender responses, negotiation, contract monitoring, and coordination between technical teams, activity managers, and clients to ensure project success.

As an FTTH Site Manager, I ensure the preparation, organization, and monitoring of fiber optic network deployment operations. Working directly with the activity manager, I coordinate field teams, plan interventions, conduct technical site visits, inspect work compliance, and ensure adherence to deadlines, technical requirements, and safety regulations. I also oversee the operational aspects of sites, report information, resolve issues, and coordinate with various stakeholders to ensure the successful execution of projects.

Performing preventive and corrective maintenance on fiber optic networks. Diagnosing incidents, locating faults, bringing installations into compliance, quality control, and reporting on interventions. Collaborating with management teams to ensure deadlines are met and service continuity.
