Reporting to the Corporate IT Participation department, I contribute to the functional and technical design of solutions, associated business rules, and testing. I manage the periodic payroll run. Configuration of SuccessFactors and SAP. Configuration and Management of internal Boomi tool interfaces. Incident management. User role configuration.

HR Access Suite 7 to HR 4YOU migration project. Participation in various non-regression tests. Writing test cases, monitoring enhancement requests. Analysis of progress and results, development and monitoring of KPIs.

Reporting to the Human Resources Applications department. Assistance to project ownership in analyzing user needs, managing all interfaces with other information systems, collaborating on the definition and implementation of solutions adapted to a SAP environment, carrying out developments/configurations on SAP HR, managing the transport of transport orders across different environments, setting up and maintaining user access authorizations for the HRIS, verifying the consistency of implemented solutions, disseminating best development practices on SAP, creating technical solution documentation, overseeing corrective and evolutionary maintenance work entrusted to the application maintenance company in the application domain.
