Head of Engineering at Eldo, a startup that helps professionals in the building and energy renovation sectors develop their business. I manage the entire technical department, in direct liaison with management and product, with the mission of combining technological excellence, operational efficiency, and business impact.

I supervise several development teams and ensure delivery quality, platform stability, and infrastructure scalability. I support leads and developers in their skill development, structure agile processes, and define technical standards to ensure robust, maintainable, and consistent code.

My role covers both technological strategy (long-term vision, architecture choices, security, performance) and human management: recruitment, training, team culture, alignment with product vision.

My goal: to make Eldo a mature, autonomous tech organization capable of rapid innovation without sacrificing quality.

Responsible for defining and driving the company's technological strategy. Continuous analysis of tech risks and opportunities to guide technical choices in line with the business vision and objectives.

Guardian of delivery quality: supervision of design, development, and production deployment, with particular attention to product reliability, performance, and maintainability.

Recruitment and management of three development teams, covering multiple stacks and functional areas. Implementation of collaboration rituals, clear objectives, and open communication practices between technical and product departments.

Monitoring team progress and skill development through training plans, individual interviews, and performance reviews. Supporting technical leads in their management and structuring roles.

Agile management in collaboration with the Product Manager: definition of the strategic backlog, iteration planning, prioritization of challenges, and arbitration between product value, technical debt, and innovation capacity.

Lead of a Web Fullstack developer team (Python, Django, JavaScript) responsible for designing, maintaining, and evolving complex and robust applications. Implementation of quality standards, structured code reviews, and a collaborative framework fostering communication, skill development, and team cohesion.

Management of the product and technical backlog: definition and prioritization of tasks, planning of iterations and milestones using an agile approach (Scrum). Coordination between product, design, and development teams to ensure smooth execution aligned with business objectives.

Monitoring team progress through regular check-ins, individual interviews, and personalized training plans. Implementation of tools and rituals to measure code quality, encourage knowledge sharing, and ensure continuous professional development.
