    As part of the SALSA program, aimed at migrating all TotalEnergies CRM users from Salesforce to Microsoft Dynamics CRM, I play a key role as Project Manager / Business Analyst. I am involved in three major projects - Marine Fuels, Lubmarine, and Lubricants France - to lead requirements gathering, define business processes, prioritize developments, write user stories, and ensure coordination between business and technical teams.

    I oversee the overall project, ensuring objectives, deadlines, and deliverable quality are met. I facilitate governance meetings, supervise acceptance phases, manage and control data migration, contribute to change management, and guarantee the functional and technical consistency of deployed solutions. My role is to secure the successful execution of the program, foster user adoption, and ensure the success of the migration to Dynamics.

The OMNICHANNEL project includes the implementation of a Single Customer Repository (RCU) to centralize and unify customer information into a single record, as well as the integration of IT systems with Salesforce Service Cloud, Sales Cloud, and Commerce Cloud solutions.
