I joined Monoprix's Infrastructure team, where I hold the position of Cloud Architect.

At the heart of my mission, I work closely with the Monoprix and Casino teams to orchestrate the migration of our current cloud infrastructure, hosted on Azure, to Google Cloud. This complex process requires rigorous planning, harmonious coordination between teams, and meticulous execution to ensure a smooth transition and uninterrupted data integrity.

In addition, a significant part of my role involves developing technical architecture documents. These documents are crucial for defining the parameters and specifications for replacing certain applications within Monoprix's technical environment. This involves a deep understanding of current systems, precise identification of future needs, and selection of the most appropriate solutions to improve our operations and achieve our strategic objectives.

I joined the production team at La Stime during the COVID period. During this time, e-commerce site traffic increased by over 50% due to the lockdown. The original infrastructure was not sized to handle this new traffic.

My role was to collaborate with La Stime's Cloud Architect to propose solutions, improve, and optimize the production infrastructure. It also involved strengthening the security of GKE workloads, such as adding a Secret Manager (for managing credentials, tokens, and secrets).

Mission: Definition of a highly available Kubernetes cluster architecture (GKE).

● Participate in client needs definition meetings.

● Define the technical architecture for the Kubernetes cluster on GKE infrastructure.

● Define the continuous deployment pipeline for the production and integration clusters (GitOps, Jenkins).

● Assist clients in defining a Cloud Native micro-services architecture.

● Assist clients in exporting application metrics and deploying a client monitoring scope (Prometheus, ServiceMonitor).

● Ensure cluster support and high availability (Level 4 on-call).

I supported GL's teams in both architecture and coaching in the Cloud/DevOps domain. I designed the Cloud architecture for the Kubernetes/GKE scope. I also coached GL's teams as a Cloud/DevOps coach. GL's team aimed to take over the new Kubernetes-based infrastructure in production.

As a coach, I participated in upskilling GL's employees in Cloud and DevOps topics. I also acted as a facilitator and interface between the external team (Publicis Sapient), which handled the architecture and build, and GL's internal team, which subsequently took over the operation of the GKE production platform.
