My mission was to evolve an existing application, initially developed in Zend 1.7, to Symfony 7, while adding new business features.

The team consisted of 3 developers, 1 technical director, and 1 manager.

My responsibilities:

- Migration of the application from Zend Framework 1.7 to Symfony 7

- Development and documentation of REST APIs

- Securing user connections

- Development of a new feature for managing dental coverage requests

Results: A modernized technical foundation, secure user connections, and a new dental coverage management feature successfully integrated.

Conex Santé is a messaging software that connects a network of healthcare professionals. The goal? To get opinions from third-party professionals on diagnoses. The platform is used by over 20,000 healthcare professionals.

I joined Conex Santé as a full-stack technical leader for Symfony and React.js. The mission's objective was to take over legacy code and evolve it. We were organized in an Agile (Scrum) manner.

My team consisted of:

- 6 to 7 full-stack React.js and Symfony developers

- 1 Scrum Master

- 1 Product Owner

- 1 System Administrator

My responsibilities:

- Backend development with PHP 8 and Symfony 6

- Frontend development with React

- Evolution of a REST API and a Web application for medical tele-expertise

- Setting up the application infrastructure with Docker

- Setting up deployments on various environments/servers with Gitlab

- Establishing Development processes (gitflow)

- Continuous Integration: CI/CD with Gitlab

- Recruitment of new developers

- Mentoring and upskilling junior developers

- Development of a WebSocket with OpenSwoole

Results:

- Security vulnerability fixes

- Improved user experience

- Increased development team productivity

- Enhanced communication among healthcare experts through instant messaging (WebSocket with OpenSwoole)

Web Atrio is a company specializing in creating custom digital solutions. I was involved in designing and developing a platform for real estate agencies.

My mission was to participate in the specification, design, and development of a website for managing properties (houses, apartments, etc.), with a strong front-end component and connected services.

My responsibilities:

- Writing specifications and functional design for the real estate agency website

- Developing the user interface with Angular and Vue.js

- Developing the back-end part in Symfony

- Creating a REST API for sending SMS via Amazon SNS

- Implementing property management features (add, edit, display)

Results: A high-performing application with a modern interface and an API for SMS communication via AWS, delivered to the client on time.
