Imagen en Acción is a Spanish NGO operating as a non-profit photography agency, specializing in covering events, NGO activities, and producing reports with a strong focus on social awareness.

Our work is made possible by the commitment of volunteer photographers, both professionals and amateurs, who collaborate altruistically to give a voice to different causes.

Our main objective is to enhance the visibility of NGOs and third-sector groups, generating a positive impact and expanding the reach of their messages through the power of imagery.

📸 We believe in photography as a tool for change. Together, we make the invisible visible.

Narrating realities through images is my way of connecting with the world. With over a decade of experience, I have traveled through territories and cultures seeking stories that deserve to be told. My camera is my tool to inform, raise awareness, and give visibility to people, traditions, and landscapes that often remain out of the media spotlight.

🌍 Approach and vision

My international experience has endowed me with deep empathy towards life. I have lived in several countries and collaborated with different communities, developing a sensitive and respectful approach that seeks to generate a real impact on those who observe my images.

For me, history and intention are more important than technique. Photography is an act of discovery: I investigate, get involved, and document, with respect and a committed perspective.

📂 Featured Projects

"From the Soul of the Jonote"

Documentary made with the Otomi community of northern Puebla (Mexico), portraying the artisanal process of amate paper, a millennial legacy. This work was exhibited in Mexico (2015) and Barcelona (2019) as a tribute to indigenous cultural resilience.

"The Afterburning"

Photographic series awarded an Honorable Mention at the International Photography Awards (IPA) 2019, Deep Focus category.
