• - Management and approval of budgets. Vendor management.

• - Implementation of the self-protection plan. Creation of maintenance ranges for all plant KPIs with CMMS.

• - Management of maintenance contracts. Legal services such as Authorized Control Body (OCA), installations, and services: Cleaning, pest control, lifting equipment, access control, CCTV, pressure vessels, LV installations, ATEX atmospheres, photovoltaics, Fire Protection Systems (PCI), Domestic Hot Water (ACS), HVAC, ventilation, lightning protection, telecommunication networks.

• - OSH supervision in the workshop, for own and external personnel, and Safety Coordination (CAE).

RENFE maintenance center in Vicálvaro. RENFE Series 253, LCR, and CAPTRAIN. - Weekly work planning. Technical support to middle managers in fault planning, critical situation resolution. Management of significant repairs, railway accidents, transfers in degraded conditions.

• - Personnel management: Lead a team of 20 technicians. Annual schedule, paid leave requests, vacations, absences, flexible hours, conflict resolution...

• - Assume the direction of the center in the absence of the Workshop Manager.

• - Liaison with different functions according to EMM. RENFE and private companies. Coordination of maintenance. Function 4.

• - Management with the purchasing department. Critical stock, purchasing management, procurement.

• - Surveillance and operations for AESA audits.

• - Management with workshop suppliers, manufacturing of specific capital goods.
