I undertake interim management and IT transformation leadership roles in complex multi-site environments. My field experience and former CIO background make the difference.

I handle transition or transformation situations: ERP migration, IT restructuring, PMO leadership for high-stakes projects, or pre-decision strategic audits. My scope: multi-site organizations, projects involving systems, processes, and teams.

Demant, the parent company of Audika, entrusted me with the digital transformation of the French group at a time when usage patterns were rapidly changing and tools were falling behind. With a multidisciplinary team dedicated to this transformation program, I built the roadmap, managed trade-offs, and supported the business units. POC, MVP, tenders, then deployment, with impact and ROI assessments at each stage.

From February to December 2022, I held this position concurrently with my duties as CIO of Audika, with both roles combined for eleven months until a CIO was hired, allowing me to focus exclusively on the transformation.

CIO, 600 locations, 1,400 employees, CODIR member. IT Governance from scratch, 3-year plan, structuring projects (Microsoft 365, TOIP 3CX, SD-WAN, FTTH, cybersecurity). Creation of a regional field support team.
