I held the position of freelance Product Owner at a Web agency based in Boulogne-Billancourt.

I manage projects/products with different types of clients (entrepreneurs, SMEs, or large accounts like Airbus). The challenges are therefore varied.

For the past year, I have been developing my product vision and consolidating my knowledge in Agile and SCRUM.

I am in charge of client relations and guarantee the proper evolution of products. I therefore strive to be proactive in proposing new features and work collaboratively with UX, UI designers, and developers.

An experience I greatly enjoy and which brings me a lot in project scoping and management.

During my two years at ALD Automotive, I had the opportunity to cover a wide scope in digital marketing.

I was able to touch upon many areas:

SEO on our corporate sites

Website performance analysis

UX and prototyping on several tools

Creation of visuals, a whole UI part

Landing page creation with a marketing automation software (Eloqua)

HTML/CSS "development" (mainly creating emails or light development on landing pages)

And finally, digital project management!

As I mentioned earlier, this position taught me a lot because I knew it would allow me to see a maximum of things. With the goal of having versatility later on and being able to manage multiple types of projects.

A rich experience! Which taught me a lot, and which I greatly appreciated.

For 6 months, I was responsible for managing Display campaigns for several budgets (Maif, Yves Rocher, beIN Sports, Intermarché, etc.), which allowed me to gain my first real experience in digital project management within a company (other than school projects, although those also involved real clients).

I was also responsible for website redesigns.

This internship allowed me to realize quite quickly that digital project management was the field in which I wanted to evolve and develop my skills.
