When a business is growing fast, it tends to plateau before it scales. Systems need to grow alongside people. AI brings huge advantages and also challenges around adoption and governance. Adopting systems and adapting to AI are important projects the CEO knows need to happen but doesn't have time to lead. Scaling CEOs need a trusted operational partner.

That's when I come in.

I'm a Fractional COO and AI Transformation Director who embeds with founders and leadership teams, typically for 3–6 months, to diagnose what's broken, design and prototype the solution, and then deliver it.

My background spans MD of an 80-person agency (£11m P&L), designing AI transformation programmes for Syngenta (56,000 employees), and building AI tools hands-on using Claude API, n8n and other automation tools.

I work with European founders at the £2m–£15m growth stage who need a senior operational partner, not another consultant.

Day rate: £850–£1,000. Available for UK and European engagements.

I co-founded a fractional COO and AI transformation practice working with venture-backed founders and agency leaders scaling to £10m+. I embed as a senior operational partner, typically for 3-6 months, to diagnose what's breaking, redesign how the business runs, and deliver the change. My clients have collectively raised over $500m in investment and scaled their teams from 5 to 200+.

I work across three engagement types: embedded fractional COO, AI adoption and governance programmes, and operational transformation projects.

Projects have included transforming sales and marketing operations for an Ed Tech training company to enable scale beyond Product/Market fit, commercial positioning and operational transformation for a global user research agency and a AI adoption and change management programme for an agritech company of 54,000 people.

Every engagement is bespoke — shaped around the specific blocks, the culture, and what the CEO is trying to build. What I consistently deliver is forward momentum: operational clarity, teams that can execute, and AI adoption that gets traction, taking people with it.

AI adoption is now a core thread across all my work. I help founders understand where AI creates genuine operational leverage, build the governance frameworks to deploy it safely, and upskill their teams to use it effectively.
