Project management for the strategic alignment of the company-wide IT organization of a real estate company: Conducted an organizational analysis through interviews with IT, business units, and C-level, leading to a well-founded competence assessment and cultural analysis. Designed a future-oriented IT organization through effective organizational design, clear role definitions, capacity planning, and targeted competence development, which significantly improved the efficiency and alignment of the IT department. Implemented a change management plan with a tailored communication strategy, training, and coaching, which promoted a successful cultural change and sustainably strengthened the organization's adaptability.

Consulting on the transformation of an asset manager under the umbrella of a globally leading financial institution: Successfully defined a Target Operating Model and a digital roadmap, as well as accompanied the implementation of a digital platform that optimized business processes. By integrating agile principles into the organizational structure, more flexible and effective ways of working were established. My coaching of C-level executives and managers on agile methods led to improved strategic alignment and collaboration. The development of a hybrid project approach, combining agile and traditional methods, enabled goal-oriented achievement of project objectives. With a customer-specific playbook and targeted training of key personnel, the agile approach was sustainably anchored in the company.

M&A Support: Supported during the M&A process by accompanying due diligence, assisting with contract negotiations, and developing and implementing an integration plan. Successful restructuring by analyzing existing structures and implementing measures to optimize and adapt the organization to realize synergies and increase the efficiency of the new company. In the area of change management, I supported management in communicating changes to all stakeholders, accompanied the cultural change, and ensured acceptance of the new structures and processes through continuous feedback and adaptation of the implementation plan.

My expertise contributed to increasing integration efficiency and optimally leveraging synergies.

Internal Coach for the generation and further development of innovative products and business models: As an internal coach, I trained fellow consultants in the application of structured methods such as Business Model Canvas (BMC), Lean Startup, Design Thinking, and Scrum, enabling them to support their clients in the development and implementation of innovative products and business models. These training sessions enabled consultants to effectively translate creative ideas into marketable solutions and significantly enhance the innovation power of their client projects.
