These automations are designed to be adapted to business uses, particularly in environments with complex or regulated processes (e.g., insurance), but remain transferable to other sectors.

Objective: save time, secure the organization, and improve operational performance, from launch or during the development phase.

Risk assessment and analysis: conducted in-depth risk analyses for industrial and commercial buildings. Used risk assessment tools to determine acceptance conditions and develop tailored underwriting proposals. Contribution to underwriting process improvement: Developed and implemented new underwriting processes to improve efficiency and accuracy in risk assessment. Collaboration with general agents and brokers: Worked closely with agents to develop customized insurance solutions. Actively participated in meetings and workshops to discuss specific client needs and propose coverage tailored to construction projects. Development and proposal of quotations: developed and proposed quotations in compliance with market technical rules. Adapted quotations based on project specifics and client needs. Underwriting of specific guarantees for the construction sector: Underwrote guarantees for construction projects, including latent defect insurance (DO), non-performing builder (CNR), and owner's civil liability (RCMO). Monitoring and management of construction contracts: rigorous monitoring of insurance contracts, management of endorsements and modifications requested by clients or brokers. Revision and recalculation of premiums based on changes in construction projects.
