Employee well-being and quality of life at work should be at the heart of companies' priorities.

I have been working regularly for 6 years in companies or for one-off events. I offer several very easy-to-implement tools, including seated chair massage.

In companies, regular massage helps to prevent psychosocial risks, improve employee recognition, and strengthen companies' attractiveness.

On a one-off basis, it is also a very original activity for seminars, inaugurations, open days, product launches, etc., which helps to build trust with partners, clients, and/or strengthen team cohesion.
