Jessica Baragnon

Graduated with a BTS in Executive Assistant, I have worked for 20 years in various fields, always in an activity that could help me achieve my goal: becoming an Executive Assistant.

As soon as I obtained my diploma, I started with telemarketing to gain my first work experience and to gain more confidence on the phone, then I held various temporary positions (accounting secretary, technical assistant, administrative assistant, etc.).

A new experience as an IT purchasing assistant allowed me to train in IT and learn to negotiate daily with our suppliers.

Since then, I have worked for 11 wonderful years for an architecture firm where I held the desired position: Executive Assistant. I loved the adrenaline that contest submissions, the "all-nighters" gave us, but above all the teamwork. I was involved in everything: creating reference brochures on InDesign, presentations on PowerPoint, site situations with revision calculations, searching for calls for tenders, responding to them, etc.

Building on this experience, I decided to put my knowledge and skills to use for companies and architects who wish to develop their business despite the current difficulties related to COVID and to find an experienced, intuitive, and immediately operational person.
