I have always naturally established a relationship of trust through my dedication, flexibility, service-oriented attitude, and great adaptability. You will notice that in my career, I have sometimes worked in tandem with a female director, sometimes independently and alone. I have supported teams within a family SME, a start-up, or even a high-net-worth family.

My primary motivation is to support and protect the interests of the management I assist. This makes it very easy for me to know how to approach, follow up on, and manage all types of subjects, as well as to research and challenge information. This way of working and my personal investment always position me as a trusted right-hand woman.
