- Trains and sensitizes employees to quality and hygiene issues.

- Manages product quality, non-conformity treatment, and complaints.

• Definition of the Quality policy for the 2 plants, monitoring, steering, and reporting to management.

• Management of the quality department budget and strategic decisions.

• Improvement of the quality system: document management, quality communication and engagement methods and tools, plant action plans, staff training...

• Ensures compliance with regulatory, client, and supplier requirements.

• Monitoring and handling of client and consumer complaints, crisis management.

• Referencing and monitoring of raw materials (specifications, audits, risk analysis...).

• Implementation and management of a monitoring and analysis plan for raw materials, semi-finished, and finished products.

• Conducts client and certification audits.

• Participation in strategic projects (expansion, new line, CSR, safety...).

• Characterization of flour and study of its impact on the finished product (slug bait).

• Implementation of controls on production lines.

• Visit and audit of flour suppliers.
