• Structuring or optimizing finance and accounting processes

• Financial data reliability, closing procedures, and improving controls

• Support for finance transformation / ERP projects (SAP in particular)

• Ad-hoc reinforcement or interim support for your finance department / accounting team

I work with SMEs, growing companies, scale-ups, and organizations in transformation, with the same objective: to provide senior finance expertise without the rigidity of full-time hiring.

Based in Paris, I work remotely or in a hybrid model, typically one to two days per week.
