Hello,
For over 15 years in management control, I enjoy integrating into teams and lending a hand on various management control topics: updating and producing reports, participating in monthly closings, budgets, and forecasts (setting up matrices, etc.), deploying IT solutions as a project manager or key user.
Teamwork, good interpersonal skills, seriousness, curiosity, and critical thinking are qualities I value when working within diverse teams, in project structures, and internationally.
For 11 years, I worked in a building materials company, developing my skills in business management control. I participated in SAP deployments in France and Croatia, then implemented the Oracle Financial Planning tool within the French management control department.
More recently, I spent 4 years in a banking environment where I implemented EPM PBCS (2 cubes) and worked as Head of Commercial Performance Reporting.
Today, I wish to continue these functions as an independent consultant to more frequently discover new teams and companies, new business sectors, and new challenges.
I can therefore assist you on medium/long-term assignments as support for more common management controller tasks, or as part of an ad hoc project (ERP, EPM, RPA, other finance-related projects as a technical functional consultant, functional administrator, etc.).
