As the Building, Fire Safety, Security, and CSR Manager, I oversee the overall operation of five ERP (Public Access Buildings) event sites, characterized by high variability in use, temporary configurations, and peak attendance.

My responsibilities include fire safety (fire safety system, organization and operation of the safety service, safety commissions), site security, and coordination of security measures during events and large gatherings, including the organization of emergency services integrated into the event.

I act as a permanent interface with authorities (prefecture, SDIS, emergency services), organizers, and technical contractors to ensure compliant, controlled, and operational management, even in degraded situations.

As the building manager, I supervise technical contractors (HVAC, electrical, fire safety system, multi-technical), facility maintenance, and optimize building operations, with a particular focus on energy consumption control and efficiency.

I am also responsible for the production and monitoring of regulatory and contractual documents: Unique Risk Assessment Document (DUERP), prevention plans, technical specifications (CCTP), and contract monitoring.

Finally, I lead the CSR approach on the sites, in conjunction with energy challenges, usage, contractors, and overall security. My approach is resolutely field-based, cross-functional, and focused on operational effectiveness.

For two years, as Operations Manager for a private security company, I was responsible for the organization and operational management of services for a client portfolio, primarily ERP sites.

My responsibilities included managing approximately 250 agents, planning and optimizing security arrangements, managing schedules and resources, and operational monitoring of services in high-traffic environments.

I also managed client relations, adapted security measures according to site operational constraints, and served as the interface with operators and clients, aiming for service continuity, compliance, and operational quality.

This role allowed me to develop solid experience in activity management, multi-site coordination, team management, and understanding the operational challenges of ERPs, which I now directly apply in my global security and building operations audit, support, and consulting missions.

For four years as an independent trainer and security auditor, I assisted companies, operators, and training organizations with fire safety, security, and site security organization audits, consulting, and training missions, primarily in ERP environments.

I conducted training and awareness sessions on the following topics: SSIAP (levels 1 to 3), First Aid (SST), first responders (EPI), fire wardens (guide-file and serre-file), evacuation drills, and CQP APS training, adapting content to audiences, site constraints, and regulatory requirements.

Concurrently, I conducted operational and compliance audits, risk analysis, evaluation of existing organizations, and formulated practical recommendations applicable in real-world conditions.

This independent activity allowed me to develop a consulting posture, strong autonomy, and a pragmatic, field-oriented approach, which are now fully utilized in my building and global security audit, support, and management missions.
