I support cybersecurity and IT departments in managing their identity governance programs. I am involved in all phases of an IAM and IGA transformation, from initial scoping to operation.

My management interventions cover the entire IGA program cycle:

Strategic Scoping:Definition of the access management policy integrated into the PSSI, risk mapping, target definition, budget, tool selection, and tender.
Program Construction:Structuring into work packages and milestones, governance definition, RACI matrix, change management.
Operational Management:Committee leadership, deliverable tracking, risk and gap management, arbitration, EXCOM reporting, service provider management, KPIs.
Change Management:Business alignment, support for managers and application owners, phased deployment.
Success Metrics Definition:KPI management (recertification rate, JML timelines, orphaned accounts, compliance).

Functional Scope:Identity policy, RBAC model, Segregation of Duties (SoD), JML lifecycle (Joiner, Mover, Leaver), provisioning and deprovisioning, HRIS integration, access reviews and recertification, compliance (ISO 27001, NIS2, DORA).

My Approach:Pragmatic and value-oriented. I combine the strategic posture of a program director (vision, governance, EXCOM) with the functional depth of a business expert capable of challenging technical choices and service providers.

Intervention Modes:
