- Expertise and consulting, in the health and social sector, and more generally in the field of public policies,

- Strategy, organization and management consulting, for public authorities or private organizations,

- Evaluation of medico-social establishments, evaluation of public policies. I will not intervene:

- on any file, dispute or litigation against a public entity,

- in favor of an organization under the control of the ARS Grand Est,

- on any file within the competence of the ARS Grand Est

● Management of the Elderly and Disabled Persons units, i.e. 9 agents including 2 senior executives (cadre A)

● Support to the territorial delegate for the implementation of regional policy for medico-social establishments and services in the territory. Participation in the policy for resource allocation, contracting and authorization of medico-social establishments and services: 84 establishments and services for disabled persons, 60 EHPADs, 24 SSIADs, representing a budget of €233,278,003 from health insurance and €18,929,092 from State credits (ESAT) Monitoring of well-being, dissemination of good practices Inspection, complaint management Monitoring of plans and systems (MAIA) promoting the individual's journey in the territory, in conjunction with territorial coordination Partnership relations with the Departmental Council, the Departmental House for Disabled Persons, the National Education system, the CPAM

● Management of the "environmental health", "health promotion" and "involuntary hospitalization" units, i.e. 19 agents including 3 engineers,

● Responsible, at the departmental level, under the authority of the territorial delegate, for the implementation and monitoring of the health surveillance and alert system, prevention, management of health crises and involuntary hospitalizations: development of the departmental program for the control of hygiene regulations and monitoring of its implementation (water sanitation control, fight against unhealthy housing, fight against asbestos, legionella) preparation and implementation of various crisis management plans (Iodine plan, Orsec plan, drinking water plan), implementation at the local level of the health component of urban policy and actions for people in precarious situations, responsible at the departmental level for health education and promotion actions and centralized health actions (tuberculosis control centers, vaccination centers, information, screening and diagnosis centers for sexually transmitted infections, responsible for monitoring medico-social establishments for individuals facing specific difficulties (CSAPA, LHSS, CAARUD) monitoring of involuntary hospitalizations
