A first exchange by video conference, to review your company's situation, your wishes, where you want to go, and to tell you very honestly whether or not I can support you.

Then, depending on the transformation axes we will have defined together, we will work together, always by video conference, at a regular pace, with an organization that allows us to be efficient and quick on the decisions to be made and the actions to be taken.
