It all started at Codra Dépannage, where I was a dispatcher. I analyzed what AI could automate in our process and submitted a memo to management. The need was there – but not my technical skills. I decided to train myself.

For 2 years, alongside my paid work, I learned n8n, LLM integrations, and AI process automation. In June 2026, I launched LZERO.

What I build concretely: a SME entrusts me with its document management – the system reads documents, checks for missing ones, generates reminders, and updates a dashboard. They supervise, they no longer manage. Another entrusts me with its communication: they send a construction site photo, the system generates the caption, publishes on social media, and requests Google reviews. They no longer think about it.

My approach: I audit the actual process before proposing anything. I build maintainable systems. And I provide ongoing support – not one-offs.

11 years of entrepreneurship before that. I know what it's like to manage a business with little time and a lot to do.
