Intervention within the "SMI / HAP" entity.

Activities:

● Gathering requirements for the "Backstage" application: a platform offering pre-configured solution templates (Gitlab, Forgerock, Vault, Artifactory, Springboot, ...).

● Managing Vault access requests (Gitlab CI/CD, Terraform, Kubernetes, LDAP) and supporting the solution (user support and its infrastructure: version, sources).

● Work on migrating Jenkins to Gitlab CI (contact points for various BSS/applications, regular follow-ups, creation of a PowerBI dashboard for KPIs, L3 support, infrastructure management, creation and publication of technical documentation for this migration).

Project context:

Intervention within the "Customer Service" entity for the WMS application (stock management application).

Activities:

● Installation and maintenance of the WMS/Geode application.

● Release Management, including piloting and risk management.

● Configuration management of the Geode application across all environments.

● Project management for continuous improvement on infrastructure and environment management topics.

● Continuous improvement on work methodologies, including requirements gathering, analysis, and implementation of new processes.

● Implementation of monitoring/alarming (Splunk/Nagios/Grafana).

● Implementation of the Radio-Frequency solution on-site (UK, Germany, and Italy) with user support.

● Complete redesign of the application's delivery model for EU and NA teams, fail-fast strategy at the testing level, and implementation of automation for releases to reduce downtime and increase quality.

● Implementation of process automation (Ansible, CI).

● SCCM admin (creation of OS images and solution deployment methods, management of "users and hardware" collections, and GPOs applied to Michelin's IT park).

● Creation of the "Office USB" deployment solution.
