Within a contract management department for insurance (provident and health), my mission was to format stock, reception, and processing data using the tools offered by the Power Platform (Power Bi, Power Query, Power Automate, Power Apps).

Combination of data from Salesforce (CRM) and Kelio (Time Management).

This company is a multi-client service provider in various fields: transport, energy, banking, insurance, e-commerce, health. Its activity is based on customer service.

Over the years, 22 years, I have worked on various accounts: Orange, EDF individuals, EDF businesses, BNP-PF, Fortuneo, Nespresso, Vinci Autoroutes, RATP (Navigo), Gaumont-Pathé...

My roles evolved, and from customer advisor, mainly in amicable debt collection, I also managed teams of customer advisors and supervisors. I also had company-level responsibilities as I managed the provision of production resources across the company's 5 sites. I also had roles as an operational performance analyst, which involved providing tools at the company level, particularly for time tracking, analyzing production and economic performance data to propose action plans for improving business profitability. The last position held involved modeling the activities I was in charge of (Banking - Insurance: Cofinoga, BNP-PF, Fortuneo), sizing production teams, planning production teams, and measuring performance.

As head of a team of flow pilots (synchronous and asynchronous) and planners, I was responsible for meeting KPIs, explaining any deviations, and implementing action plans, forecasting activity variations; responsibilities towards the company as well as towards the clients.

My tasks also included providing all the tools (Excel, VisualBasic, DBMS) to enable the achievement of objectives.
