10 years in tech, including 4 in management. I have supervised up to 13 developers across 3 squads in parallel, and built various backends (fintech, education, events) from scratch to production.
Three types of assignments:
- Temporary replacement. Departure, leave, transition. I take over a backend team or scope, operational in the first week, documented handover at the end.
- Product launch. Scoping, architecture, development, go-live. End-to-end TypeScript stack: NestJS, Next.js, PostgreSQL. The code is taken over by your future hires, no dependency on the service provider.
- Transition management. Team structuring, delivery, recruitment of the first developers. Then I step back.
On the AI side: I integrate LLMs and agents into production (MCP servers, agents). Useful if it's in your roadmap.
